how to use the tool for cooperative work to a conference

The cooperative work tool allows a member to view documents, applications, whiteboard and websites. It also provides access to tools for discussion, image capture, role management and control.

 

required conditions :

Access to collaborative working tool takes place after joining a conference.

·         You can see in the main part of the window, called the work window, the document or whiteboard displayed by the presenter or the current application sharing.

 

·         You can view the list of conference participants in the sidebar "participants" at the left of the screen. This panel provides information on the participants (name, roles, presence status, felt).

Presenter View:

stop sharing an application

The feature "stop sharing an application" is available to users with the role of presenter.

The feature "open a website" is accessible to all users. The presenter may decide to start in some or all participants.

presentation videos

To share a video with participants of a conference Coop'Net, do not use the Application Sharing mode by sharing the video player because on one hand the sound will not be transmitted remotely, and other graphics rendering will not be good (jerky images).

You must use the following principle.

required conditions :

You need to have the video as video streaming (if necessary refer to the offer "my videos" described on 100% practice).

path to follow :

Once in conference, the active speaker the "presentation website" represented by an icon in the shape of world map. Just then enter or paste the video URL into the input box and hit "Enter" or select the option "Show".

 

Expected result:

Opening URL will be offered on the position of the presenter but also that of each participant. By agreeing to open this URL, the video will be played locally on each PC of the participants, and the sound will come out locally.

Simply prevent participants before activating the function.

While this solution does not allow to remotely control the video playback on the positions of participants (pause, forward, back), however for short videos should meet a number of requirements.

cursor tool

This tool displays a cursor on the screen to designate portions of the content to the participants. It is not affected by color tool, and leaves no traces on the content of the document.

Note: internal users calling the audio bridge with their desk phone from the office, or from their business mobile phone are automatically associated (except some cases calls via ClicVoice) and therefore do not have to use this feature.
